I'm Konrad M. Rowe, Sr., founder of Sable Business Group. As your Business Consultant, Coach, and Mentor, I will provide you with the most empowering, supportive, and productive coaching and mentoring relationship possible. I am flexible in creating the ideal structure for your journey's path – it is up to you to be engaged, ready to stop with the excuses, crush your limiting beliefs, and pursue your God-given purpose.

We will start this journey by discovering your most pressing problems, skills, and natural talents. Then we'll match them with the most desirable solutions to give you a clear understanding of who your business is, what it stands for, and how your stakeholders and the public must perceive it.

Before we get you signed up and started, I want to say something very important.

If I start working with you, my goal will be to eliminate your dependence on me in the future. In other words, I will work very, very hard not to have you as a long-term client. I want to help as many black entrepreneurs as possible, and I can only devote so much time to teaching you to become a successful entrepreneur. 

However, since everyone learns differently, and your success is my ultimate goal. I will work with you until you have achieved all the goals that we identify.

Emphasizing personal deep dives to uncover the things that keep you stuck in life. The program encompasses consulting, coaching, and mentoring.

I work with you weekly on the areas you need most to get you where you want to be, specifically in the areas of your life where you identify and need help finding your answers and solutions. These weekly meetings cover the 3 phases of the coaching cycle, exploring, planning, and celebrating, and are custom-tailored to your needs to get you moving steadily toward your goals.

The Business Alignment Program includes:

• A complimentary 30-minute discovery call.
• A welcome kit for you to fill out upon enrollment so we can dive right into our first session.
• A 90-minute initial deep dive session to strategize and review your current situation and struggles.
• A coaching plan tailored to focus on the areas you need the most support.
• 45-minute one-on-one Zoom Meeting coaching sessions each week to review your progress and adjust the coaching program as necessary.
• Full Email Support during business hours.
• 2 PRN emergency 15-minute calls a month.
• Individualized Homework Challenges.
• Regular email follow-ups from me PRN.
• Many resources to set you up for success, such as handouts, checklists, and recommended reading.

You’ll feel empowered to act right away, and you'll be held accountable. In fact, I may have to slow you down so you don’t get too far out and fall off.
